My personal and professional income is solely based on services provided. I totally understand that situations arrise that causes the need to cancel or reschedule, I just require that you do so atleast 2 hours in advance so someone else can take your spot. Failure to do so could result in a cancellation fee. No call no call shows will require a deposit of 50% of the price of the service to rebook.
Late clients can make me late for other clients after who are on time. I therefore reserve the right to refuse service to clients who are 10+ minutes late.
